The Old House, Church Lane,Northney - permission sought to cut back an oak tree by 4m,in height and 3m on the sides, and to crown reduce a western red cedar which is growing into the oak.

12 Northney Road - erection of new garden store to rear.

Yacht Haven Development Site, Copse Lane - Construction of 6No. detached houses, detached marine office, detached building comprising 6No. boatsheds, small boatyard, pontoon for 19No. berths, reinstatement of slipway, improvements to sea defences, coastal footpath, restoration of sluice pond and creation of a nature reserve
