If you submitted the Parish Council Phase One survey and would like Havant Borough Council to proceed beyond Phase Two, you need to complete the survey for Phase Two before July 2nd.

HBC have considered the findings from the first phase of consultation and agreed to consult on the possible creation of a civil parish council on Hayling Island.

Phase Two  presents a consultation looking at proposals for warding, the number of councillors,  the initial estimate for a council tax precept and the initial name of the authority for Hayling Island. See the full description of Phase Two.
